15 month old loves this!

My son loves the sounds it makes when he pulls it along (it's hysterical watching him!) There is a bell that jingles and the wheels make a slight noise, that just nakes you smile :)

not worth the price

Educo Pull Along Penguin Waddle
This toy is frustrating for children because it doesn't move smoothly and tips over while being pulled by a very short string. Even attaching a longer string doesn't help. the wooden flippers of the penguin do not move smoothly over wood or carpet and is certainly not worth the price.

String is too short, their wobble is cute

My daughter likes it, but seems to like the pull dog better because it makes more noise. This one also has a short string, so it's harder for my daughter to pull, but I just added some material string and it's fine. It's really durable and I think it's cute. I got it as a gift.
