Broke in Oven

I bought this item on March 28 2011. I had no problems the first time I used it on Mothers day for my yeast rolls. However today I used it in a 350 oven and it broke in half! I called the company today and they are sending me a new one. I was told NOT to put it into a pre-heated oven! The This seems like a crazy request to me. I would not buy this product again.

Wonderful

This dish is beautiful. I couldn't wait to use it. Baked pasta for everyone. We had a wonderful meal and clean up was a breeze.

disappointing

Assumed this was made in France with an easy to clean coating like other French products but it's actually made in China and does not have the easy to clean coating. It was disappointing. If you want French products, try Appolia or Emile Henry.
